Mascot Tryouts |

The
mascots will participate in a money-making project, which will help each
individual person’s expenses. Parents are expected to pay for costs above
what their child earns. |

School. I understand and accept the responsibility for financing my child’s
uniforms and accessories. |

For
those students that make the squad, there will be a MANDATORY
meeting for the mascots and parents on March 25, 2008 at 5:30 pm.
The location will be announced during tryout week. At this meeting the
rental payment of $200.00 should be submitted. Checks may be made payable
to Enterprise High School. Fundraising opportunities will also be discussed
then. |

This form must be signed and returned by February 22, 2008.
If it is not returned your child will not be able to participate in
tryouts. Any invalid signature will be grounds for dismissal from the
tryouts or squad. |
