Allen Catrett -Head Coach

It did not take long to realize that Allen Catrett was just who Enterprise needed to take over the reins as head coach of the women's basketball program. Since being formally introduced on April 25, 2021, Catrett and his staff have established a culture that has helped the Wildcats make positive strides, both on and off the court.

With over 15 years as a teacher and coach, Catrett has had stops at Hardaway High (GA), Georgiana High, Andalusia Middle, Red Level High, and now Enterprise High School. During this time, Catrett has won two Area Championships, made two Elite Eight Appearances, one Final Four Appearance, and one AHSAA State Championship Appearance. As well as these accomplishments as a basketball coach, Catrett also has four Regional Appearances as head softball coach.

Before becoming a teacher and coach, Catrett attended Lurleen B. Wallace Community College in his hometown of Andalusia, AL and graduated from Troy University in 2003. Catrett is also a 1999 graduate of Andalusia High School.

While in high school at Andalusia High, Catrett was a basketball player where he learned and played under AHSAA Hall of Fame coach, Richard Robertson, who led the Bulldogs to numerous area championships, region finals, final fours, and state championships during his long tenure.

Zach Kelley -Assistant Coach

Along with Jermaine Shakespeare added to Catrett's inaugural season with the Wildcat's in the 2021-22 season, Zach Kelley has been added as another assistant coach for the Enterprise women's basketball program.

  • 160 wins in 10 seasons at Daleville High, and 5 seasons with 20 wins or more
  • 4 Regional Tournament Appearances
  • Lead the 2015-16 Lady Hawks to a 28-5 record, the school record for most wins in a season
  • 2013-14 Dale County “Big X” Girls Basketball Coach of the Year
  • Played on the 2003-04 Enterprise State Junior Collee State Championship team under Jimmy Messer
  • Married to Casey Johns Kelley of Enterprise with three kids: Tucker (13), Brinkley (11), and Oakley (4)
