Teacher Letter of Recommendation Request Form

Need a letter of recommendation from a teacher?  This form is helpful in that it gives your teacher information about you so that he/she can write a nice, personal letter for you.  Always remember to give your teachers/counselors at least 2 weeks notice when asking for a recommendation.

Concerned Cat Referral

Are you concerned about a student at EHS?  Maybe you know a fellow student who is being bullied, abused, neglected, is suicidal, or is just struggling with life events.  This form can be completed and anonymously turned into the Concerned Cat receptacle outside of the Guidance Office. A counselor will read and address your concerns.
