Enterprise High School operates under Alabama Code and the guidelines of the Alabama Attendance Manual.  For more detailed School Attendance information refer to the EHS Student/Parent Handbook including the Enterprise City Schools' Code of Student Conduct.

Checking In, Checking Out and School Excuses: The Wildcat Way

EHS School Excuse Form
The EHS School Excuse Form serves as a written request for an absence from school to be excused.  It should be filled out and signed by the parent any time missed class time occurs. Once complete, it should be provided to the black box located in the lobby and first floor of the main EHS campus within 3 days of a student's return to school.  Directions are provided on the form itself.

EHS Check Out Form
The EHS Check Out Form should be completed and signed by the parent any time a check out needs to occur without a parent present.  Directions are provided on the form itself.

EHS Prior Approval Absence Request Form
A Prior Approval may be requested in rare and unavoidable circumstances for which no other excuse code applies.  Prior Approvals are NOT available for Final Exams. Directions are provided on the form itself.
